1-2 tablespoons of Manuka or regular honey
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
1-2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper ( to taste )
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of olive oil
16 ounces of water or tangy juice ( lemonade ) and then add more water to thin as desired
